Welcome to Wings Park Elementary School,

is a 3rd-5th grade public school located in Oelwein, Iowa. We are the only Oelwein in the world.  The philosophy of Wings Park Elementary School incorporates community members, teachers, parents, administrators, and the board of education as a collaborative unit for the purpose of educating the whole child. These partners create an educational environment which will allow each child to develop a sense of academic responsibility, a positive self-image, pride and support for family, school and community, and the opportunity to reach his/her highest potential.
